BarCamp Phnom Penh 2009 is an open conference of all things Technology, Communication and Innovation. It's a user generated conferences — open, participatory workshop-events, whose technology-related content is provided by participants.

What is BarCamp Phnom Penh 2?
BarCamp Phnom Penh is an international, innovative, and open technology conference. It’s for individuals, businesses, and non-profits. This two-day gathering is aimed at computer enthusiasts, technologists, entrepreneurs, web developers, Bloggers, Twitterers, Online gamers, and netizens to share and learn all things technology in a very open and democratic environment.

Who should show up?
Computer enthusiasts, technologists, Web designers/developers, bloggers, Twitterers, business people and media activists. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is encouraged to do some presentation on topics matter to them and their audiences.

Youth Council of Cambodia networks through many provinces of Cambodia feel much appriciated to take photo with Prof.Dr.Mengly J.Quach President and Principal of AII & AIS ,at Golden Sand Hotel, Sihanouk Ville on September 14-16,2008 that organized by Councicl of Cambodia(YCC) about Youth and Leadership for Community Development.The Conference will participated by hundreds young people from 12 different target provinces and various NGOs partners with sponsored by Forum Syd,LSU,USAID,and IRI.
